Activities for all ages focus on creative building, engineering solutions, and having fun.  In some years, RASA students have competed in the Junior FIRST LEGO League (Jr.FLL).

Chess Club

Students meet weekly with a chess coach who teaches progressively advanced techniques and strategies. While novice students are learning the names and correct movements of the pieces on the chess board, the more experienced students compete against each other to “move up the ladder” for end-of-the-year awards. Students are tested several times each year to attain colored ribbons, which mark their level of achievement.

Yoga Club

Yoga Club is designed to teach students patience and perseverance in a health/fitness-related setting. Students push their boundaries and learn that everyone starts somewhere, which applies not only in yoga, but in school as well. Yoga also promotes relaxation through breathing techniques and allows students to learn about themselves in a new way.
